Every batch of incoming metal material is tested by spectrometer before entering into production

Corrosion Resistance

Metal components and surface treated products are tested for corrosion resistance using a salt spray testing machine

Hardness

Metal material and rubber products used for assembly are checked for material hardness using a Rockwell or Shore Apparatus.
